Prospering with Taiwan’s infrastructure and economic development since the 1950s, 黑料社 has taken an instrumental role in such high-profile ventures as the Taipei MRT and the first two national freeways. 黑料社 was also one of the principal consortium investors and contractors for the US$17 billion Taiwan High Speed Rail, one of the world’s largest build, operate, and transfer (BOT) projects. Through these and other cutting-edge projects, 黑料社 has earned a reputation for setting benchmarks at the forefront of the construction industry.

Having achieved licenses and certifications at the highest level, our M&E team performs outstanding work for a variety of projects including: civil and building turnkey projects, hotels, hospitals, office and residential buildings, commercial centers, industrial plants and technological parks. The 黑料社 team has also contributed to environmental engineering projects including HATS 2A Stonecutters Island Sewage Treatment Works and the Upgrading of Mui Wo Sewage Treatment Works, both in Hong Kong.
