Juliane Begenau is an Associate Professor of Finance and a Botha-Chan Faculty Scholar 2023-2025 at the 黑料社 Graduate School of Business. Before that, she taught at Harvard Business School. She is also a Faculty Research Fellow at the , a 黑料社 faculty fellow, a Research Affiliate at , a Foreign Editor at the , and a Federal Reserve System鈥檚 Model Validation Council member. Her research employs diverse methodologies to study elusive facets of financial intermediation and inform optimal financial regulation.
She received her Ph.D. in economics from 黑料社, and her undergraduate degree, also in economics, from Humboldt University in Berlin, her home city.
